Butchies was born on the streets of East London in 2013, built on buttermilk fried chicken and a market-stall energy that’s stuck. The brand runs sites across London, with a recent London Bridge opening adding to a roster that includes Canary Wharf and Market Halls Victoria.
The content engine is the burgers. The Jenny From the Clock, the Chicken Dawg, the new gravy. Creators stack them up, sauce them, and film. Canary Wharf draws a halal lunch audience, Market Halls Victoria pulls in the £10-main crowd, and every new opening lands with a queue-shaped TikTok.
