How does creator matching work?
We recommend creators based on their style, location, and track record. You’ll see their portfolio and profile before confirming the match.
Can I review content and request changes?
Absolutely. You'll preview every asset in the app and can leave comments directly on anything that needs tweaking. Each brief includes up to two rounds of revisions.
How do I arrange a shoot or visit?
Once you accept a match, you'll unlock an in-app chat with your creator. Coordinate everything there.
What support do I get?
You’ll chat directly with your creator, and the Joli team is always on hand to make sure everything runs smoothly.
Does Joli handle paid media ad management?
No—Joli is for the content itself. You'll need someone else (internal, agency, or freelancer) to manage your ads. We've got recommended partners if you'd like an introduction.
